The Noble Consultancy has just helped Taylor Wimpey Bristol finally secure detailed planning consent on 2nd July 2026 for 90 new homes, plus outline consent for a care home and employment use.

The Noble Consultancy received positive planning decisions on behalf of Persimmon Homes South East and BDW Kent on phases 2 and 4 for 91 dwellings each. The proposals follow the approved Design Code and Site Wide parameter plans.
This brings The Noble Consultancy’s total approved plots tally to 459 across the wider Aylesham Village Expansion area. We continue to work closely with BDW Kent and Persimmon South East on their remaining parcels and look forward to receiving a positive decision on the application to increase the number of approved dwellings at Aylesham Village Expansion.

Significant step forward with resolution to grant Outline planning consent for 435 new homes at Beaver Road, Aylesford, Kent.
The Noble Consultancy is pleased to share that Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council resolved to grant Outline planning permission for up to 435 new homes, including 40% affordable Housing, the realignment of Beaver Road with significant new landscaping and play areas.
