The Noble Consultancy has just helped Taylor Wimpey Bristol finally secure detailed planning consent on 2nd July 2026 for 90 new homes, plus outline consent for a care home and employment use.
The Noble Consultancy, Winners of Bewley Homes’ Pride of Bewley Standout Consultancy award March 2022, are delighted to have helped secure Reserved Matters planning consent from Waverley Borough Council for 80 new dwellings on behalf of Bewley Homes, in Alfold, Surrey.
The proposed development site is set off Loxwood Road and forms an extension of the existing residential development to the west. The site will create its own distinctive character setting retaining key landscape features and public open space to the east the development which will be overlooked by new homes.
An array of house types will be provided by Bewley Homes that include a mix of 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes which include 24 affordable homes to meet local housing need. Bewley Homes will deliver a high-quality, beautiful development that will fit harmoniously into its surrounding and be a positive addition to the village.
