Detailed planning approval for 190 new homes secured at Faringdon
On 21 October, Vale of White Horse Planning Committee voted unanimously to approve a Reserved Matters planning application.

This is the latest in a run of large-scale, detailed planning consents secured this year on behalf of Bewley Homes. The Noble Consultancy provided architectural and planning support to Bewley Homes, working closely with members of their Land and planning departments.
Whilst site levels posed a constraint, they also offered a unique selling point for the development. The site’s elevated position at the top of a hill offers far reaching views to local landmarks such as the Farringdon Folly, the White Horse and the Brize Norton.
A distinctive landscaped viewing platform will be provided within the open space at the heart of the development to be enjoyed by residents.
