The site that said no from every angle
The Noble Consultancy has just helped Taylor Wimpey Bristol finally secure detailed planning consent on 2nd July 2026 for 90 new homes, plus outline consent for a care home and employment use.
We are delighted to announce that we gained full planning permission on 25 September 2019, for 75 new dwellings and associated infrastructure at Clockbarn Nursery, Tannery Lane, Send, on behalf of Bewley Homes.
As part of the proposals, we utilised the Bewley Homes private house type portfolio and created new bespoke affordable units, many of which met M4(2) requirements with a proportion also achieving M4(3) wheelchair requirements. 100% of the dwellings were designed to achieve Nationally Described Space Standards.
The planning process was relatively straightforward and concise as a result of proactively working with Guildford Borough Council Officers. Pat on the back for the design team for all their hard work – well done!
