The Noble Consultancy has just helped Taylor Wimpey Bristol finally secure detailed planning consent on 2nd July 2026 for 90 new homes, plus outline consent for a care home and employment use.

We are thrilled to have gained approval of our detailed reserved matters proposals on behalf of Linden Western. Following numerous rounds of consultation and negotiation with South Gloucestershire Council, The Noble Consultancy gained detailed planning approval for 90 new homes on a greenfield site at the edge of Wickwar on 22 November 2019.
Particular thanks go to Harry Scammell, Planning Project Manager, for effectively managing the expectations of the client and the planning officer. We look forward to working with Linden Western on future projects!

Significant step forward with resolution to grant Outline planning consent for 435 new homes at Beaver Road, Aylesford, Kent.
The Noble Consultancy is pleased to share that Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council resolved to grant Outline planning permission for up to 435 new homes, including 40% affordable Housing, the realignment of Beaver Road with significant new landscaping and play areas.
