Daniel joined The Noble Consultancy in January 2026, bringing over 10 years’ experience in the house building industry. Before joining, he spent much of his career client-side as a Design Manager for an SME housebuilder, giving him a first-hand understanding of what developer’s need from a design partner, not just what looks good on paper. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Design & Technology.
At The Noble Consultancy, Daniel leads on the design of residential developments from the very start of a project, covering site layouts, house type design, project management and 3D visuals and graphics. His work spans developments for national PLC housebuilders, and he’s equally keen to build relationships with smaller developers looking for a high level of attention to detail.
Having sat at the client side himself, Daniel brings a practical, developer’s-eye view to every scheme, balancing design ambition with what’s deliverable, and keeping communication clear from first sketch to final layout. It’s an approach that fits neatly with The Noble Consultancy’s reputation for being easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond.
Fact
Outside the office, Daniel is a keen cyclist, runner and swimmer, currently training for an Ironman. When he isn’t training, Daniel can often be found on the golf course or travelling and discovering new places with his wife.

The Noble Consultancy is pleased to share that Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council resolved to grant Outline planning permission for up to 435 new homes, including 40% affordable Housing, the realignment of Beaver Road with significant new landscaping and play areas.
