The Noble Consultancy has just helped Taylor Wimpey Bristol finally secure detailed planning consent on 2nd July 2026 for 90 new homes, plus outline consent for a care home and employment use.

We’ve been working flat out throughout the Covid 19 lockdown, gaining planning permission for our clients and preparing technical working drawing packages ready for the return of trades to site. Its really great to see our clients are now returning across the country, with 17 major projects we prepared planning or technical drawings for open again, that’s work recommenced on over 2500 new dwellings! We sent the drone up to capture progress on a few of these, you can see the footage below.

Significant step forward with resolution to grant Outline planning consent for 435 new homes at Beaver Road, Aylesford, Kent.
The Noble Consultancy is pleased to share that Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council resolved to grant Outline planning permission for up to 435 new homes, including 40% affordable Housing, the realignment of Beaver Road with significant new landscaping and play areas.
