Guildford Borough Council approved plans this week, for the erection of 35 new dwellings, with associated landscaping and new access road within the civil parish of Tongham, Surrey.

This development site is set back from existing homes along Poyle Road and secluded by groups of mature TPO trees that will be retained to create a distinctive and characterful setting. I’m sure future residents will enjoy calling this their home for many years to come!

This is our fourth major planning application approval in the last 12 months for Bewley Homes alone, with many more positive decisions imminent. Credit goes to all Planning Team members who continue to ensure that work is of the highest quality and issued in a timely manner.
