The Noble Consultancy has just helped Taylor Wimpey Bristol finally secure detailed planning consent on 2nd July 2026 for 90 new homes, plus outline consent for a care home and employment use.
On 15th June 2020, West Oxfordshire District Council Planning committee resolved to grant planning approval for 50 dwellings, associated landscaping and infrastructure pursuant to Outline Planning Permission 16/04234/OUT for Land at Witney Road. North Leigh, Oxfordshire.
The Noble Consultancy provided architectural support and planning advice to Bewley Homes in support of a detailed reserved matters application. Credit again goes to Harry Scammell for overseeing this one on behalf of the team. This is the third time in nine months we have helped Bewley Homes achieve a positive planning decision.

The Noble Consultancy is pleased to share that Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council resolved to grant Outline planning permission for up to 435 new homes, including 40% affordable Housing, the realignment of Beaver Road with significant new landscaping and play areas.
