On 15th June 2020, West Oxfordshire District Council Planning committee resolved to grant planning approval for 50 dwellings, associated landscaping and infrastructure pursuant to Outline Planning Permission 16/04234/OUT for Land at Witney Road. North Leigh, Oxfordshire.
The Noble Consultancy provided architectural support and planning advice to Bewley Homes in support of a detailed reserved matters application. Credit again goes to Harry Scammell for overseeing this one on behalf of the team. This is the third time in nine months we have helped Bewley Homes achieve a positive planning decision.
During the past few months, where the Coronavirus has taken hold and caused much uncertainty for everyone involved in the housebuilding industry, The Noble Consultancy has stood resilient, retaining a full-strength team. This has ensured we can continue to provide a full support to our loyal clients, whether it be for submitted/approved sites or new sites to be promoted.
